They can be returned to the office with the bags and once a month we transport them to the RMHC. Energy Box Override We've been noticing a lot of use on the override switch for the lighting on EnergyBox. This override switch does not control anything with the thermostats. This switch is for emergencies or use when light is needed outside of the schedule. If you need your light schedule adjusted, please email energybox@iammcd.com and we can update your lighting. Please do not use the override switch unless it is necessary. All GM Meeting Need to see something from the GM meeting presentation? The slideshow is attached . School Calendar Update 2023/2024 An email has been sent out to all restaurants for employees to update their school location for the next school year. Please print the sheet out and have all the students fill out their correct school location. This is very important to make sure they are connected to the correct school for scheduling purposes. Please email a picture of the sheet to Tiffany by Tuesday, August 1, 2023. New Hire Email Form A new digital training schedule is now available for new hires. The form is called the New Hire Email. The new hire email is a training schedule for all new hires once Maria has sent you an email that the new hire is ready for a training schedule. This form is located under the People & General Manager tab. We will start using this to send all new hires their training schedule. It is very simple and easy to fill out. All the manager needs to do is put in your restaurant location, the new hires name and email address, the general manager's name, and the training schedule, and who they will meet with on their first day. Once the form is submitted a copy of it will be sent to the new hire, the general manager, and the restaurant email to be printed and posted for all managers to review. Please still reach out to new hires by phone call too with their training schedule. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Maria Z. New Hire Email Bakery Phase Out Remember that the phase out of the bakery has begun. The last day for the bakery will be August 21st. NABIT Webcast Did you miss the Nabit webcast last week? Click here to see the recording. There is some great information about fries as well as the upcoming sandwich name change (#32257 2/16, all others 2/21) and the new limited time offer sandwich, the Bacon Ranch McCrispy. Please open your February Nabit training kits (photo below) for more information and training materials. Ready On Arrival Ready on Arrival begins on February 22nd. There are now training videos on the ROA Nabit page on @mcd. If you missed the webcast, the recording is on there as well ( LINK ). While ROA may not seem difficult, there are some procedural changes for all pickup points at the restaurants. Please watch the training videos and open the NABIT ROA box that will arrive at your restaurant. Training is also available for managers and crew through Fred. Simply click this logo within the Crew Training or Shift Leadership collections. Campus App Need to access Campus on a mobile device? The best way is to download the Cornerstone SBX app. Download the app, enter mcdcampus.sabacloud.com as the site, and then log in with your EID. All GM Meeting Our general manager/staff meeting will be held on March 1st from 9a-4p at the Beloit Sports Center. The Beloit Sport Center is located at 557 E Grand Ave, Beloit, WI 53511. You do not have to wear a McDonald’s work uniform if you do not want to, business casual is fine. Lunch will be served around 12. There will be some snacks and refreshments but feel free to bring some of your own. We look forward to seeing everyone soon! Digital Drivers While we look to continually increase our digital footprint, we need to ensure that our guests can quickly see where they can go to complete their digital transaction. Please complete the MOP Stall Survey by March 7th. In-Person Leadership Transitions There is still room in the March 29th – 31st in-person leadership transitions. This 3-day course will be held at the office and be combined with some operational instruction at a restaurant. All students must have all 16 modules completed prior to the class. McDonald’s Famous Duo Now that the word is out and everyone knows that Cardi B and Offset are the famous duo meal, you can hand out the new t-shirts to your crew. These shirts can be worn from February 14th – March 12th. People Brand Standards Readiness Don’t forget to complete the People Brand Standards Survey . Due Today! Frozen Beverage Planned Maintenance As part of the FCB deployment program established with KBI and McDonald’s, the FCB PM will be completed by Ken’s Beverage for each of the annually scheduled preventative maintenance visits. Your location(s) will be contacted by Ken’s Beverage by phone 3 to 7 business days prior to the PM to confirm the scheduled date for the PM visit. The PM will take approximately 60-90 minutes on site, PM will not interfere with any peak period time frames and have minimal impact on the normal operations of the location. Boil Outs Don’t forget it is time again for boil outs. Please see the attached schedule for your date and directions. RHS Security Patch Updates We have a few restaurants that have some updates upcoming. You'll know the update is running if you see the below message on any of your registers. This will cause your POS Open to take a little longer. Please do not reboot any of your POS devices until everything is finished, and call ATOS if it takes longer than 30min or you can't complete your POS for some reason. You need to watch for those emails from Iron Arch Management (123formbuilder) and approve them right away. If you are not receiving them, check your SPAM folder and/or notify office@iammcd.com . This form does not go to payroll for wage adjustments until it is approved by the GM. Once the form is received by payroll, the employee will see the raise in 1 to 2 paychecks. New Term Code A new term reason code “TERMED/CONFIRMED VIA NO SHOW” is now available. This means a new hire who does not show up and never clocks in can be termed without an impact to your restaurant’s turnover numbers. This will only work if that employee has never clocked in before. It will not allow you to use this code if any employee has clocked in before. Voice Results Please see the attached Voice results for June 16th – 30th. The Huntley Patch will bonus over $300 for this two-week period. Great job! A total of $1,095 will be paid out, however, $3,180 was left on the table. Minor Work Permits – Wisconsin Only Minor work permits can now be applied for online. The department of work force now sends the work permits directly to the restaurants. If you receive a piece of mail that looks like below, please let mariaz@iammcd.com know and email a picture of the envelope before we open it. GM Webcast Please put in your calendars the GM Webcast on July 18th from 2-230. This webcast will be on WebEx and the log on information is on the Iron Arch calendar.
